Tammaye has been defining information spaces since 1995. She is passionate about language, findability, usability, and experience. She has designed and developed many sites as a sole proprietor, managed public and internal content with CMS implementations in a higher ed environment, developed customer experience strategy for a major US automobile manufacturer, and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in digital design and information architecture. She is currently a User Experience Architect with Ameriprise Financial.
Margaret Bossen is a UX Strategist, Architect, and Designer. She is passionate about creating engaging end-to-end user experiences and creatively solving thorny UX, strategic and technical problems. Her work is all about using the latest technologies and trends to translate customer needs and project requirements into compelling digital products. She has worked within large corporations, as a key member of small boutique ad agencies, and as an independent consultant. She is currently engaged at RBA Consulting in Wayzata, MN.
Shawn leads UX design at Mirum Minneapolis. His passion for creating intuitive digital experiences is fueled by the desire to simplify the connected, modern life. He engages teams and clients with emerging methodologies, engaging workshops, and thoughtful prototypes. Shawn has built a 2-decade career on milestones like creating the first mobile app for American Express, re-imagining patient-centric healthcare for UnitedHealth Group, and re-architecting the product catalog offering for 3M.
Lori has extensive experience in finding creative solutions to client needs that also meet user needs through extensive research and cross- department collaboration. She is not afraid to expose the elephant in the room in order to move forward and create better working relationships between different departments. Her ability to foster collaboration paired with her focus on user needs has helped guide a number of successful projects for new and existing systems.
Bill has more than 10 years of experience practicing information architecture and content strategy that's informed by user research and business analysis. He specializes in guiding the UX process and multidisciplinary teams through discovery, strategy, and definition on a range of projects including brand site redesigns, enterprise content migration, CMS development, and faceted-search navigation for ecommerce sites. He has worked in the corporate environment with globally distributed teams, led projects for a variety of agencies and companies around town, and currently solves problems and designs strategies for clients as a UX consultant.
Zack has been helping people make better and more informed design and product decisions for over 10 years ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in nearly every industry there is. He was an early contributor to several startups such as ModCloth.com, Lockerz and Pikimal as well as Principal UX Designer at The Nerdery, successfully helping teams with wide ranging needs create sound goals, conduct customer research and connect intelligent insights to product decisions.
